If you want to participate      

Application forms for the Drawing Competition, Gala Queen, Attendants and Page Boys have been delivered to local schools. We would ask that these be returned by the 9th March 2012.

For queries regarding participating on the field with activities, displays, stalls, etc. please contact the Chairman. To apply please use the 'Vendor Booking Form' from the Entry Forms section  above .

As always, we are inviting applications from local organisations in respect of the concessions that we can offer. These are in respect of, Tea Room, Burger Stall and Ice Creams. These are potentially very lucrative for the organisations concerned. All enquiries should be addressed to Steve Culleton who can be contacted on 01524 771255.

To enter items for the Crafts Tent, please contact the Crafts Tent Co-ordinator. There are a limited number of stalls available in the Gala tent, or alternatively you can provide your own tent/gazebo by prior arrangement.

To enter the dog show, please arrive on the field before 12 noon on Gala day. Further details via the entry form above.

To sponsor the Gala, please contact the Program and Sponsor Officer.

If any local businesses would like to sponsor a knockout game or even the whole show, would they please contact John Hall. (01524 770682).

 

Stalls on the field

For exhibitor charges for 2011 please see the Form with Exhibitor Charges in the section for  Entry Forms above. All stall fees include entrance fees to the field, vehicles must be on the field before 12 noon and will not be allowed to leave before 4.30 pm.

2012 charges are to be confirmed.
